Targeting: :With your input, we compile an audience target profile of the customer you believe represents the best prospects for your property. We use our ability to filter our customers by specific demographic and travel preference filters to arrive at the right audience target from our customer base.
Market Selection: In the past, most companies targeted specific cities or states. We believe in using your “Best Performing” ZIP Code market data, weighted by total revenue/room nights, for the best results. These reflect where your business comes from during certain times of the year. This allows us to integrate our best target audience with your best-performing ZIP markets to achieve better results.
Distribution Strategy: : We start with a budget and then write an algorithm to determine how many emails to deploy to each of the targeted ZIP Codes.
Attribution Measurement: : For most of our clients, we run an attribution report to measure the email customers that we deployed against the new customers that have booked. (We would also like to run a suppression file against the deployment file before it goes out. This would exclude any customers already in your customer base. This would result in 100% of the campaign going to new customer prospects.)

On average, our CPM for emails costs $96 per thousand. Still, we also regularly achieve at least a 10-1 ROI on each campaign we deploy.
